California Courts

Although these look like townhouses on the outside, the condos in California Courts are actually coach homes which are 1st or 2nd floor condos, each with 1-car garage.  The second floor units have a staircase with a landing midway up and feature vaulted ceilings.  Most of the condos at California Courts have 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms but some have 3 bedrooms and a rare few have converted the loft into a 4th bedroom.  All  condos have a screened patio/balcony and some offer golf course views.
