The townhouses in The Courtyard at the Grove were built from 2001-2002 with model names such as Bahia, Cordoba, Dorado, and Ensenada.  Unlike most townhome communities that offer only 2 or 3 bedroom floor plans, this one also offers a 4 bedroom floor plan.  All Courtyard at the Grove townhouses include a brick pavered driveway leading into 1-car garage and you'll also find a gated, brick pavered walkway entry and a covered patio in the back, some of which are screened.  

Townhomes in The Courtyard at the Grove are on streets such as Briar Lane, Cherry Lane, Forest Drive, Mango Drive, Orange Tree Lane, Peppertree Drive, Pond Apple Drive, Timber Cove Lane, Tree Top Drive, Vineyard Circle, and Vista Grove Lane.  The centrally-located amenities include a large community pool with a brick-pavered sundeck and cabana bathrooms, as well as a children's playground.  The majority of The Courtyard at the Grove is accessible through a gated entry with the exception of the western-most streets which have a separate entrance and are not inside the gated section.

This is a pet friendly community and it is governed by a homeowner's association (HOA) - Courtyard Homes at the Grove Maintenance Association.
